How long will my order take?
I will be sending items 3 times a week. So it depends when you make an order. As for postage times, please check Australia Post's website for accurate information.
Refunds and exchanges
I don't offer refunds due to hygiene reasons but please feel free to let us know if there are damages or breakage upon receiving your items. I can then replace it with another pair of earrings. As I never make two earrings the same.
